Shipping & Returns
We offer free domestic shipping on most items. Hawaii and Alaska are $10 flat fee under $100. We ship through USPS. All orders are shipped with tracking number which is e-mailed to your e-mail address you provided at checkout. We pride ourselves on getting your package to your doorstep much faster than our competitors! During peak seasons or big sales, orders may be delayed. We ship items Monday thru Friday. All orders placed on weekends will ship the following business day. If you order after 12pm CST, your item may be processed the next business day.
Please note: We are not responsible for any order(s) that are lost, stolen, or damaged by the carrier- USPS.
Our policy lasts days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, tags intact and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of items are exempt from being returned. Swimwear, accessories, bras, socks, belts, earrings, necklaces, bracelets, scarfs, hair accessories, and undergarments (bandeaus, bralettes, camis, etc) are all final sale and can not be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where refunds are granted (if applicable).
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons due to our error.
Store Credit (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be processed, within 5-7 business days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale/clearnace items cannot be returned and are final sale. NO EXCEPTIONS
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and send your item to: PO Box 10712, Midland, TX 79702, United States
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send store credit to the gift giver and he/she will find out about your return.

Please include your packing slip with your return. When returning an item with your packing slip, please mark the items you're returning and include the reason for return. If you no longer have your packing slip, please include a note with the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for return
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
